Terms of Use
The rules for using ayyayo.ai, the ayyayo app and published creations.
Effective date: [date]. These terms are an agreement between you and ayyayo Inc., a Delaware corporation. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept them for yourself and for your child.
1. Who can use ayyayo
The app is for children aged 9 to 13, with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. During the pilot, accounts are by invitation. The website is for anyone.
2. The pilot
ayyayo is free during the pilot. It is an early product: lessons may change, features may be added or removed, and it may be unavailable at times. We will tell parents before anything that costs money is introduced.
3. AI output
ayyayo uses AI models to build creations and to respond. AI output can be wrong, and checking it is part of what ayyayo teaches. Do not rely on a creation for anything important.
4. What your child makes
Your child keeps whatever rights they have in what they make. By publishing a creation, you allow us to host and display it at its link until it is unpublished or deleted. [confirm ownership and licence terms]
5. Acceptable use
Everyone using ayyayo must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may unpublish creations or suspend accounts that break it.
6. Our content
The ayyayo name, app, lessons and website are owned by ayyayo Inc.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided as they are, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. [limitation of liability wording, reviewed by counsel for the US and India]
8. Ending use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your child's data. We may end access if these terms are broken.
9. Law and disputes
[governing law and venue]. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
